Position Overview:

  • Serve as the strategic and tactical leader of the HR team, overseeing the day-to-day operations as well as the direction and formulation of corporate-wide HR policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

  • Partner with the business, drive the execution of the people and culture strategy, create operational plans, and roadmap for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Human Resources team and drive HR strategy for the organization

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant with business partners to improve their leadership capacity, team effectiveness, strategic insight, workforce forecasting, etc. and assist with investigations and/or hotline complaints as needed.

  • Manage the company-wide associate survey process, driving employee engagement 

  • Actively engage in succession planning and leadership development. Oversee leadership development efforts, including recommending, developing, and delivering various learning and development programs.

  • Manage a multi-dimensional training program for annual requirements, mentoring programs, and skill building tools & resources.

  • Oversee the effective administration and communication of day to day HR operations, including benefits, performance reviews, and leave programs. Maintain and creates policies, handbook, and job descriptions.

  • Lead the implementation of the culture and people dimensions for Bridge Connector.

  • Streamline processes and drive automation to improve efficiencies within the department.

  • Recruit top talent with a focus on diversity and integrate new hires into the office and the company.

  • Provide best-in-class talent management including feedback, rewards, diversity and inclusion and employee relations.

  • Manage people-related data and analytics.

  • Oversee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations around employment practice, serving as subject matter expert in all aspects of employment laws and statutes on a federal, state and local level.

  • Responsible for overall talent management strategy including training and development, talent acquisition, and organizational development

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs tailored to meet the organizational development needs and support overall business objectives

  • Develop reporting, metrics, and scorecards to analyze and track talent management initiatives
     

Training and Development:

  • Assess organizational needs and recommend, design, and implement programs to fill gaps in a way that supports the overall strategic plan and the corporate culture

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs and processes to improve depth, quality, and engagement of talent across the organization

  • Partner with department VPs to understand talent gaps and develop workforce plans to address existing gaps

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of company-wide programs including coaching, internship, mentorship, cohort, and leadership development programs
     

Organizational Development:

  • Lead implementation of competency framework for organizational development and talent management

  • Ensure that competency models, career paths, talent review, and performance management tools are meaningful and optimized for employees and managers

  • Provide strategy & implementation for operational training curricula, clinical training, & leadership development
